Created in 2001 by PSA Peugeot Citroen, Renault and le Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, operational since 2003, S2A propose the entire Automotive industry testing means in aerodynamics and aeroacoustics.

GIE S2A federate the French automobile aerodynamic and aeroacoustic skills centre . Their competence  and know-how surpass the strict automotive branch perimeter and open themselves to other industrial sectors as aeronautics, windturbines, and construction.
